:-> Pulut Kuning Rice Cooker


E-na masak pulut kuning ni untuk breakfast dan sebagai bento Damia ke sekolah. Senang dan cepat je nak sediakan. Ni kes nak cepat le malas nak kukus...he he he...tapi kalau kukus tu lagi cantik tekstur pulut tu kan...xpe la bila rajin boleh la kukus lak...Ni tgk mak e-na la masak pulut+santan kat atas dapur jer utk breakfast makan ngan ikan kering...ummmmphhh sedaaapppp.

Ni resepi segera untuk sape2 yang busy dan x sempat nak mengukus pulut. Sukatan air tu kena sesuaikan dengan jenis beras pulut. Yang dalam resepi ni untuk beras pulut yang e-na guna kat Jepun ni...so try test la yekkkk...E-na makan dgn rendang daging.



PULUT KUNING RICE COOKER

Bahan-bahan ( 5-6 org makan )
• 2 cawan beras pulut
• 3/4 cawan santan pekat
• 1 ½ cawan air panas
• 1/2 sudu teh garam
• 5 inchi daun pandan(ni kes nak jimat daun pandan)
• 1 sudu besar minyak masak
• Sedikit serbuk kunyit ( campur sdikit pewarna kuning)

Cara-cara
1. Cuci beras pulut hingga bersih dan masukkan semua bahan2 kedalam rice cooker
2. Setelah mendidih, gaul pulut supaya tidak berkerak dan warnanya sekata.
3. Biarkan hingga masak.


Sesuai dimakan bersama rendang, kari ayam & daging, kurma & sambal ikan bilis. Selamat mencuba...Kalau dah try boleh la bg feedback kat E-na so we can share the knowledge.....

Today, I went to the beachfront with my children.
I found a sea shell and gave it to my 4 year old daughter and said "You can hear the ocean if you put this to your ear." She put the shell to her ear and screamed.
There was a hermit crab inside and it pinched her ear.
She never wants to go back! LoL I know this is entirely off topic but
